Full Job Description
Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in drying, bagging, and loading spent brew mash grains and surplus fermenting yeast: Coordinates drying, bagging, and car-loading operations and requisitions materials to meet daily production schedules. Measures moisture content of grain and yeast, using hygrometer. Moves controls of drying machine to regulate moisture content of grains and yeast. Marks or specifies railroad cars to be loaded with bagged or bulk grain. Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR (any industry) Master Title.
